Crop less/smooth more determines how much the effect will crop or scale your clip to avoid black borders or gaps caused by the stabilization. Smoothness determines how smooth the stabilized motion will be. Stabilization determines how much the effect will try to stabilize your clip you can choose between four modes: no motion, smooth motion, perspective, and subspace warp. The most important settings are stabilization, smoothness, crop less/smooth more, and detailed analysis. Once the analysis is complete, you can adjust the settings of warp stabilizer to fine-tune the result. Premiere Pro will start analyzing your clip in the background and show you a progress bar in the effect controls panel this may take some time depending on the length and resolution of your clip. To use warp stabilizer, simply drag and drop the effect onto your clip or adjustment layer.
